Our story
Urla KC Group began with the office Hüdaverdi Koca opened in Urla in 1993. Since then we have watched the district change from village to seafront, from vineyards to new neighbourhoods.
Today he runs the office with his son Ozan Koca. Alongside sales and rentals we offer free initial valuations, mortgage coordination with partner banks, build-to-share development and title deed support — and we serve international clients in English, Russian, Spanish and Polish.
